Ilfusion was created in April 2016 with one simple idea – bringing people together through dance. The name Ilfusion stands for International Latin Fusion, reflecting our passion for uniting people from different backgrounds, cultures, and dance styles.
What started with three passionate founders and a shared vision has grown into a vibrant community built on unforgettable moments, powerful connections, and even life-changing experiences. Dance isn’t just about movement – it’s about health, joy, and creating memories that last.
Since our beginning, we’ve proudly organised the annual Aberdeen AfroLatin Festival, along with numerous weekenders featuring international guest teachers. Alongside our events, we also provide social media marketing services, helping brands and businesses shine online with creative content and strategic promotion.

Plus, unlike many event planners, we also offer in-house social media marketing and custom graphics, giving our clients a complete package to promote and elevate their events.
Our event specialities
At ILFusion we specialise in a wide range of events – from large Latin dance festivals and weekenders to private celebrations, corporate functions, and personalised events. We also host workshops with international guest teachers and offer private classes for individuals or small groups.
While we love every project we take on, our favourite events to plan are the big dance festivals – like the Aberdeen AfroLatin Festival – because they bring together people from so many different countries and cultures, creating an incredible atmosphere of connection, joy, and unforgettable memories.
